Making A Booking

Individuals, parents, or carers may self-refer by contacting directly (a referral is not needed).

Please note that all appointments are booked for Wednesdays.

Referrals can also be obtained from your GP and other service providers.

We can help with concerns you may have about your child or teenager in regards to their feelings and emotional life. These may include:

  • adjusting to change
  • childhood trauma
  • excessive fears and phobias
  • grief and loss

We can help you and your child with behaviours you are concerned about, including:
  • non-compliance and oppositional behaviour
  • temper tantrums
  • excessive anger
  • aggression
  • risky and age inappropriate behaviours
  • sleep difficulties

We understand that managing the demands of school life can be tough for some children and teenagers. We can offer you support around a range of school related issues including:

  • non-attendance or school refusal
